A 1.5 hour master workshop designed for guitarists who want to refine their technique, expand their musical vocabulary, and develop a deeper command of both electric and acoustic guitar.
Led by a Nashville professional musician with decades of professional experience, this session blends live performance, technical demonstration, and practical coaching. Throughout the workshop, participants hear techniques performed in real musical contexts while learning how those ideas translate directly to their own playing.
Rather than focusing only on exercises, the session explores how technique, tone, phrasing, and musical awareness come together to shape a complete guitarist.
Core areas include:
Live performance demonstration
The workshop includes live musical demonstrations showcasing solos, phrasing, and improvisational ideas in real time. Participants see how professional players approach musical expression on both acoustic and electric guitar.
Left-hand and right-hand coordination
Exercises and demonstrations focus on building the coordination required for clean articulation, fluid movement across the fretboard, and controlled picking or fingerstyle technique.
Improvisation and musical phrasing
Participants explore practical approaches to improvisation, learning how experienced players construct melodic ideas, respond to chord movement, and develop expressive phrasing during solos.
Tone and articulation
The session examines how tone is shaped through touch, picking technique, dynamics, and articulation. Players learn how subtle adjustments in technique influence the character and clarity of their sound.
Developing your own sound
Beyond technique, the workshop explores the musical influences and stylistic choices that shape a guitarist’s personal voice. Participants gain insight into how players move from imitation toward an individual sound.
Electric and acoustic versatility
Techniques are demonstrated across both electric and acoustic guitar, helping participants understand how different instruments respond to touch, tone control, and articulation.
Live Q&A Session
The session concludes with an interactive live Q&A where participants can ask questions, share challenges, and get practical advice. Whether it's about technique, tone, gear, or practice routines, this is a chance to receive direct insights and tips in real time.
Throughout the workshop, technical instruction is paired with musical examples so participants can immediately connect technique with real performance situations.
By the end of the session, guitarists leave with new technical tools, a deeper understanding of tone and phrasing, inspiration, and practical insight into developing their own musical voice on the instrument.

A 3-hour master workshop designed to develop precision, control, and musical confidence on both electric and acoustic guitar.
This session concentrates on the fundamental techniques that separate casual playing from disciplined musicianship. Participants work through structured exercises that strengthen coordination, rhythmic awareness, and technical control across the instrument.
The workshop introduces essential training methods used by professional players to build consistency and efficiency in daily practice.
Core areas include:
Technical foundation
Participants learn proven exercises that build finger independence, strength, and fretboard control, including structured variations of the classic spider exercise used by advanced guitarists.
Right-hand mastery
Three distinct picking approaches are explored to develop control, articulation, and speed. Players learn how right-hand mechanics affect tone, rhythm, and clarity across both acoustic and electric styles.
Pick control and grip
Proper pick holding techniques are demonstrated to improve accuracy, reduce tension, and produce a cleaner attack on the strings.

A professional master workshop on the Nashville Number System used by top studio musicians, producers, and touring artists.
This session reveals the language that allows musicians to communicate instantly across any key, style, or ensemble.
Participants learn how chord progressions are organized through numbers rather than letter names.
This system allows songs to be transposed immediately, charts to be read faster, and bands to communicate with precision during rehearsals and performances.
The workshop explores how numbers represent harmonic movement, how progressions are structured, and how the system simplifies complex musical ideas into a clear visual format.
Topics explored include:
Scale degrees and harmonic function
Reading and writing number charts
Recognizing common progressions across genres
Transposing progressions instantly into new keys
Understanding chord qualities and substitutions
Communicating efficiently within professional ensembles
Real musical examples are used throughout the session so participants see how the system operates in real performance and recording environments.
By the end of the workshop, musicians gain a powerful framework for understanding chord relationships, analyzing songs quickly, and communicating with other musicians using the Nashville Number System, the professional shorthand widely used in Nashville studios and on stages.
