Licensing & Permissions
1. Ownership of Materials
All content, products, downloads, charts, systems, lessons, videos, audio materials, software-based tools, frameworks, curriculum materials, educational assets, documents, graphics, designs, text, code, and related materials made available by Nashville Music School LLC are owned by Nashville Music School LLC or used under license and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
No purchase, subscription, download, enrollment, or access grants any ownership interest in any material unless expressly stated in writing by Nashville Music School LLC.
All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
2. Purpose of This Page
This Licensing & Permissions page explains how Nashville Music School LLC materials may and may not be used.
This page applies to all digital products, downloadable materials, charts, educational resources, subscriptions, memberships, lessons, tools, courses, apps, media, and related materials unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.If a separate written license, proposal, subscription agreement, school agreement, ministry agreement, enterprise agreement, or custom contract is issued by Nashville Music School LLC, that separate written agreement will control to the extent of any conflict.
3. Personal License
Unless otherwise stated in writing, all products, downloads, and paid or free materials are licensed for personal individual use only.
A personal license allows one authorized individual to:access the purchased or provided material
download the material to personal devices
print copies for personal use
use the material for personal learning, study, songwriting, practice, and referenceA personal license does not allow the user to:
share files with other persons
email, upload, repost, or redistribute files
post materials to group drives, cloud folders, forums, or shared platforms
use the materials in classrooms, schools, churches, studios, teams, or organizations
resell, sublicense, lend, lease, or commercially exploit the materials
remove copyright notices, trademarks, metadata, or ownership language
adapt, translate, package, or republish the materials for third-party use
4. Single User Rule
Unless a different license has been purchased, one purchase means one authorized user.
A single user license may not be split among multiple people, households, staff members, volunteers, students, departments, campuses, or organizations.
If more than one person will access, use, teach from, display, share, store, or distribute the materials, a separate multi-user, institutional, ministry, classroom, or enterprise license is required.
5. Teacher and Private Studio Use
Private teachers, coaches, mentors, and studio owners may not use personal-license materials with students unless the product specifically states that teaching use is included or a separate teaching license has been granted in writing.
Where a teacher or studio license is purchased, use is limited to the instructor or business identified at purchase and only within the approved scope, seat count, student count, location count, or subscription terms stated by Nashville Music School LLC.No teacher or studio license permits resale, uncontrolled redistribution, reposting, or transfer of materials to another business or instructor unless expressly authorized in writing.
6. School, Academic, and Institutional Use
Schools, universities, academies, conservatories, faculty departments, educational nonprofits, and other academic or institutional buyers must obtain the appropriate written license before using Nashville Music School LLC materials in any classroom, department, campus, shared drive, learning management system, school portal, internal library, or staff resource system.
Institutional use may include one or more of the following, only if specifically granted:
classroom teaching rights
faculty access rights
student handout rights
internal LMS upload rights
campus display rights
limited printing rights
site-specific or department-specific access
subscription or seat-based accessNo school or academic organization may assume that a personal purchase or single-user purchase includes institutional rights.
7. Church, Ministry, and Nonprofit Use
Churches, ministries, worship teams, mission organizations, and nonprofits must obtain the appropriate written license before using Nashville Music School LLC materials in group instruction, volunteer training, internal teaching, discipleship programs, music teams, ministry classes, shared drives, or organizational resource systems.A church or ministry license may be limited by:number of users
number of leaders or volunteers
number of campuses
number of ministries or departments
term of access
print limits
internal-use limitsNo church, ministry, or nonprofit license grants public redistribution or unrestricted copying unless expressly stated in writing.
8. Group, Team, and Organization Use
Studios, companies, creative teams, departments, and other organizations may require a custom or multi-user license if materials will be used by more than one person or stored in any shared environment.
Shared internal use includes:
team folders
cloud storage
staff portals
shared tablets or devices
group subscriptions
internal teaching systems
resource libraries
training environmentsAny such use requires express written permission or the correct organization-level license.
9. Subscription and Membership Licensing
Subscription access, membership access, premium library access, and recurring paid access are licensed only for the term and scope purchased.A subscription or membership may include access to digital materials, videos, blog content, learning tools, apps, archives, downloads, or other resources. Access rights remain limited, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable unless otherwise stated in writing.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, subscription access does not grant any permanent ownership rights in the underlying content.When a subscription expires, is canceled, is suspended, or is terminated, access to subscription-only content may end immediately. Continued use of restricted subscription materials after expiration or cancellation is not permitted unless a separate continuing-use right has been granted in writing.
10. Free Downloads and Free Materials
Free downloads, promotional materials, public resources, sample content, and complimentary educational assets remain the property of Nashville Music School LLC and are subject to these Licensing & Permissions terms unless a different license notice is attached to the specific item.
Free access does not mean public domain.
Free access does not transfer ownership.
Free access does not permit copying, reposting, repackaging, or redistribution unless expressly stated.
11. Printing Rights
Printing is allowed only within the scope of the license granted.
Under a personal license, printing is limited to personal use copies.Under a teacher, school, ministry, or institutional license, printing rights are limited to the quantity, user group, location, and internal purpose authorized in writing.
Printing for resale, bulk redistribution, event giveaway, unauthorized classroom handouts, conference packets, group distribution, or external circulation is prohibited unless expressly licensed.
12. Uploading to LMS, Portals, or Shared Systems
No material may be uploaded to any learning management system, course portal, shared drive, cloud storage platform, staff intranet, classroom management system, or internal content library unless that right has been expressly granted under the applicable license. Approved LMS or internal portal use, where granted, is limited to the licensed organization, licensed term, and licensed user group only. Posting materials to any publicly accessible page, open drive, social platform, or unrestricted download environment is strictly prohibited.
13. Adaptation, Translation, and Derivative Use
No material may be adapted, translated, edited, rebranded, reformatted, excerpted into course packs, incorporated into software, converted into training packs, turned into templates, or used to create derivative products or services without prior written permission from Nashville Music School LLC. Permission may be granted on a case-by-case basis under a custom license.
14. Prohibited Uses
Unless expressly authorized in writing, you may not:
copy, reproduce, duplicate, archive, mirror, or redistribute any material
share downloads, files, links, logins, or subscription access with others
post materials to websites, social platforms, forums, marketplaces, or public repositories
resell, sublicense, lease, lend, or transfer materials
remove metadata, branding, trademarks, or copyright notices
upload materials into AI training sets, datasets, model pipelines, or automated extraction systems
scrape, mine, bulk extract, or automate collection of protected content
use the materials to create competing products, courses, platforms, or educational systems
use personal-license products in classrooms, institutions, ministries, or paid teaching environments
misrepresent Nashville Music School LLC materials as your own work
15. Custom Licensing
Nashville Music School LLC may offer custom licensing for:
schools
universities
churches
ministries
nonprofits
private studios
departments
multi-campus organizations
creative teams
corporate training environments
enterprise or white-label opportunities
Custom licensing may include negotiated terms relating to:
seat count
student count
staff count
campus count
territory
term length
delivery method
LMS use
printing rights
archival rights
translation rights
branding restrictions
administrative access
subscription structure
renewal terms
No custom rights exist unless confirmed in a written agreement signed or issued by Nashville Music School LLC.
16. Requests for Permission
Requests for permissions, licensing, and custom use should be submitted in writing to Nashville Music School LLC.
Please include:
the name of the product or material
the intended use
the number of users
the organization name
the location or territory
whether printing is needed
whether LMS or shared-drive access is needed
whether the use is commercial, educational, ministry-based, or internal
Permission is not granted unless and until Nashville Music School LLC confirms approval in writing.
17. Reporting Misuse
If you become aware of unauthorized copying, file sharing, reposting, institutional misuse, account sharing, unlicensed classroom use, unlicensed ministry use, or commercial misuse of Nashville Music School LLC materials, please contact us with the relevant link, screenshots, files, and supporting details.

Submission of a report does not create any right to payment, reward, compensation, or legal standing unless expressly agreed in writing by Nashville Music School LLC.
18. Enforcement and Reservation of Rights
Nashville Music School LLC reserves the right to investigate suspected misuse and to pursue any contractual, equitable, civil, injunctive, or other remedies available under applicable law.
This may include suspension or termination of access, revocation of licenses, takedown requests, cease-and-desist demands, account restrictions, refusal of future service, and legal enforcement where appropriate.
Failure to enforce any provision in one instance does not waive the right to enforce it later.
19. No Implied Rights
No oral statement, course participation, email exchange, support interaction, platform access, purchase receipt, or informal communication grants any right beyond the express written license granted by Nashville Music School LLC.
Any rights not expressly granted are reserved.
